Position Overview
A busy ambulatory surgery center in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced CRNA to provide independent anesthesia services. The center specializes in orthopedic, GI, ophthalmology, and pain management procedures with an average of 25–30 cases per day.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer general, regional, and MAC anesthesia independently
- Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
- Manage airway including LMA and endotracheal intubation
- Administer peripheral nerve blocks for orthopedic cases
- Monitor patients through PACU recovery and manage post-operative pain
Requirements
- Current NBCRNA certification
- Active Florida APRN license or willingness to obtain
- Minimum 3 years of CRNA experience, ASC setting preferred
- Proficiency in regional anesthesia and ultrasound-guided blocks
- BLS and ACLS certifications current
