Position Overview
A healthcare facility in Omaha, NE is seeking a Board-Certified Diagnostic Radiologist for general radiology coverage. The position involves CT, MRI, X-ray, and ultrasound reads averaging 180+ studies per day with PACS-integrated workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret diagnostic imaging across all general modalities
- Provide timely reads for ED, inpatient, and outpatient studies
- Collaborate with referring physicians on complex cases
- Participate in quality assurance and peer review activities
- Support after-hours call coverage on a rotating basis
Requirements
- Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology (ABR)
- Active Nebraska medical license or willingness to obtain
- Minimum 2 years post-residency experience
- Proficiency with PACS and voice dictation systems
- Fellowship training preferred but not required
